Dr. Chad uses a variety of techniques to accommodate any patient, as well as being able to provide treatments that may not be offered elsewhere.
Our office is located in Baraboo, Wisconsin, with many of our patients coming from Wisconsin Dells, Reedsburg, Sauk City, Portage, and surrounding areas.
